Hard Rock reveals Atlantic City casino construction plan

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- Hard Rock International has announced the construction schedule for its $275 million Atlantic City casino, the Press of Atlantic City reported.

The project is proposed to open in the spring 2014, the report said.

The announcement and details came as the public pressed Hard Rock to prioritize jobs for local people, with some community leaders asking for a "formal agreement" on the matter, the Press of Atlantic City reported.
